Under the terms of Mrs. duPont's will, the Jessie Ball duPont Fund can fund only those organizations to whom she made gifts between Jan. 1, 1960, and Dec. 31, 1964.

Today, there are approximately 330 of these "eligible organizations." Though they exist throughout the United States, the eligibles are concentrated in the three states in which Mrs. duPont lived most of her life - Virginia, Florida and Delaware.
