Forever, we have known that as philanthropic organizations, as colleagues, as humans, we are stronger together. The whole is always capable of more than the sum of its parts. And the more diverse the parts that make up the whole, the more powerful that whole.

So we welcome you, our fellow southeastern foundations, to Amelia Island in November, as we come together to make up Philanthropy Southeast at its 53rd Annual Meeting, BOLD MOVES: Building a Brighter Future.

For the duPont Fund, working toward that brighter future means finding new ways to bring organizations and resources together for the benefit of our communities. We’re connecting the dots and helping to fill in the gaps, as we strengthen the lending ecosystem to make affordable capital more accessible to entrepreneurs and individuals in Jacksonville. We’re convening public-private partnerships, like the one that is activating our downtown riverfront so that it becomes a community gathering space that is accessible to all. We own and manage The Jessie, a premier nonprofit hub in what was once the public library in downtown Jacksonville. And we’re marshaling resources to create spaces of belonging that lift up all of our community’s history, like at Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing Park in the historic neighborhood of LaVilla. We hope your time in Northeast Florida is inspiring and illuminating. We look forward to connecting with you!
